Below are the most common frequently asked questions that we receive. If your question is not answered below, please feel free to ask us through the Contact section, and we will email you a response.

Q: What types of cards are accepted? 

  • General Cards-These are the cards that do not have a holiday or seasonal message, but rather a general uplifting one. We distribute these year-round. 

  • Holiday Cards-These are cards with a holiday themed message for the particular holiday. We accept holiday cards for all major holidays.

  • Seasonal Cards-These are cards with a seasonal message, such as "Happy Spring", "Happy Winter", "Happy Fall". These are accepted during each respective season.

Q: Can I view photos of the kids with the cards?
A: Absolutely! Our Facebook page has a large collection of photos. We know how important it is to visually see the impact.

Q: I would like to read about card-receiving children. Where can I do that?
A: These are several places to do that:
  • The "Stories of Card-Receiving Kids" section. It also has photos.
  • The "Child of the Month" feature. 
  • Media articles about our work often feature patient stories. These are in our "Media Coverage" section.
  • Our yearly newsletter, which features a card-recievier, in the "Newsletter" section.
  • Our Facebook page. Each photo has a little info on each child.
